How does the model work?
You buy the installation, ROBOSWISS installs it and takes care of the servicing. All of the revenue comes to you. The terms come with the quotation.
Does the wash damage the bodywork?
No. The system works without brushes: only water, wash chemicals and air touch the paintwork.
Who takes care of the servicing?
We do. Maintenance and servicing are handled by our own team under the service agreement. Wash chemicals can be delivered on request.
Does the installation run without staff?
Yes, with no one on site. The customer pays at the terminal before the cycle; machine status, cycles and takings are reported continuously to Biel. Opening hours, however, depend on cantonal and municipal law.
What do you look at when assessing a site?
Access and traffic flow, the area and ground type together with its drainage, the electricity and water available, and vehicle traffic with seasonality and competing offers nearby.
How much space is needed?
The gantry takes up 8 × 4 m of ground at 3.2 m high, plus vehicle entry and exit. It needs a three-phase connection — adjustable from 220 to 415 V — and a water supply; everything is checked during the site assessment.
Can cars be washed on Sundays?
It depends on the canton and the municipality. Several cantons prohibit it: in Jura, cantonal legislation does not allow Sunday washing, and a motion filed in March 2026 asks for exactly that permission, noting that neighbouring cantons allow it. We check the workable hours during the site assessment.
Which installation do you offer?
A brushless high-pressure wash gantry: dimensions 8 × 4 × 3.2 m, power 15 to 22 kW, washing at 150 bar, stainless steel body. The installation's conformity is verified before every commissioning.
